The European Travel Commission (ETC) acted as an as industry sponsor of the 2020 New York Times Travel Show (NYTTS), the largest trade and consumer trade show in North America. In 2019, NYTTS welcomed over 700 exhibitors representing 176 countries.
The 2020 edition of the travel show was held between January 24–26. The three-day event had a focus on Europe during the NYTTS Travel Industry Conference on Friday, January 24th with a seminar dedicated to adventure travel and creative tourism experiences in Europe.
ETC members who were interested in exhibiting, received an exclusive 10% off.
January 2018: Four ETC member destinations (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia and Slovenia), together with ETC associate member Eurail, presented themselves under the European umbrella.
