DAY 1 comprised the Seminar Destination Branding 2016, which was organized by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic with the support of UNWTO. It aimed at showing the different approaches to building and measuring brands. A special focus was given to China as one of the most important source markets. This seminar took place in the Chamber of Deputies, Parliament of the Czech Republic.
DAY 2 and 3 comprised both separate and joint sessions of ETC’s Marketing Intelligence Group (MIG) and Marketing Group (MKG). The meeting served to discuss implementation and outcomes of ongoing and future research and marketing activities. In addition, delegates had a unique opportunity to share insights and best practices in crisis management, product development, ROI and social media and learn about practical solutions through presentations of successful case study examples by top-level experts in these field. The meeting took place at the historical Hotel Imperial.
