Roadshow, B2B Communication & Education Campaign for the Nordics in North America

The European Travel Commission (ETC) intends to contract a service provider to plan, execute, and evaluate a roadshow and a supporting communication and education campaign promoting the Nordic region and targeted towards the North American travel trade.
The project is implemented by ETC in partnership with VisitDenmark, VisitFinland, Visit Sweden, Innovation Norway and NATA (North Atlantic Tourism Association).
The activities subject to this procedure are co-financed by the European Union.

Proposals must be received by 10 June 2025at17:00 (CEST) at the latest.
ETC cannot consider proposals submitted after that time.
