The Chinese version of VisitEurope.com operates as a separate website, with its own CMS and web domain. Support for the Chinese website is outside the scope of this project.
The contract is expected to propose the most appropriate and efficient method for personalising the content portal for users, based on individual user data. This may include, inter alia:
Delivering region-specific content, language options, and similar features based on IP-based geolocation.
Prioritising or recommending relevant content based on the user’s interests, browsing behaviour or device.
All personalisation efforts will comply with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
This refers to the ability to create landing pages within the main website structure.
This refers to the initial implementation phase of the project only. The contractor may include estimated long-term subscription costs in their proposal; however, these would be covered under a separate contract.
In addition to publishing the RfP on its website, ETC’s public procurement procedures may also require it to be directly shared with at least three different potential contractors.
