Reach figures related to owned media are optional but can be included to strengthen the proposal, as proposals may specify expected owned media reach. In contrast, reach figures for earned media are not required in the media planning. As outlined in the RfS, the media planning should focus on an optimised mix of paid and owned channels to maximise campaign effectiveness.
