The contractor shall advise ETC on the most appropriate format and timing of the event, including the programme. The project needs to be completed by 31 March 2021. Kindly note that this deadline might be subject to change based on the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The event should also include one-to-one meetings.
The contractor shall advise ETC on the most appropriate format of the event. This includes the functionalities of the digital platform (software) to be used for the event.
ETC shall invite its Members as well as the NTOs of EU Member States which are not ETC Members. As mentioned in article 3.1 of the RFP, the NTOs shall be able to extend the invitation their local partners. The contractor shall assist ETC in this recruitment process and management of the European participants.
As the current timeline stands, the final report and post-event survey may be submitted within 7 working days after the deadline of the completion of the project (31/03/2021), i.e. by 09/04/2021.
