CHAPTER EARTH
Chapter Earth is the European Travel Commission’s climate action working group that aims to support the organisation in delivering on its environmental commitments and applying a climate lens to all areas of operation. The Chapter is comprised of representatives from ETC member NTOs, who advocate for the green transition of tourism.
Chapter Earth acts as a tourism and climate change think tank, providing ETC with strategic advice on climate change adaptation, prevention and mitigation. In collaboration with the Executive Unit, the Chapter elaborates and implements an annual programme of activities that executes ETC’s Climate Action Plan.
