ECONOMIC OFFER - The RFP states that the fees provided by the agency must include all associated costs, however it also mentions that travel to Athens will be covered by ETC. Can we exclude travel and accommodation costs from our price breakdown, or should we include these within the 20,000 EUR budget?

Yes, travel and accommodation costs in Athens will be covered by ETC. These costs should, therefore, be excluded from the price breakdown.

METHODOLOGY - Is it your ambition that the final presentation to ETC staff take place in Brussels or remotely, online?

The final presentation to ETC staff may take place either at ETC’s headquarters in Brussels or remotely, at the contractor’s discretion. This should be specified in the proposal.

INVOICING - We note that the project can be invoiced in its totality, on completion. Is there flexibility to invoice in 2 or 3 phases across the project?

No, invoicing will only be done after completion of the project and submission of the final deliverables.
