The European Travel Commission (ETC) intends to conclude a framework service agreement with a tourism consultant to conduct series of surveys in key overseas markets for Europe. The main purpose of the project is to captures people’s intention to travel outside their region of residence, their motivations and barriers to travel, as well as key characteristics of their trip

B2B trade workshop in Japan to promote Central Europe
Request for Proposals
ETC intends to organise a B2B trade workshop in Tokyo in September 2026. To support the delivery of this event, ETC is seeking a service provider with proven expertise in event management in Japan and in-depth knowledge of the Japanese travel trade and media landscape, as well as the Japanese outbound travel market.
The project is implemented by ETC in partnership with CzechTourism, Visit Hungary, the Polish Tourism Organisation and SLOVAKIA TRAVEL.
The activities under this procedure are co-financed by the European Union.
