ETC – NECSTouR programme at TIS 2022

The Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) 2022 will take place in Seville on 2-4 November. The global summit of innovation and technology for the travel and tourism sector focuses this year on “New Horizons for Tourism Tech”. The event will gather the leading tourism professionals to understand how to face the daily challenges, get a look at new consumer habits and create better experiences, discover new trends and solutions to transform their organisations.

ETC in partnership with the Network of European Regions for Competitive and Sustainable Tourism (NECSTouR) is organising several high-level sessions in the framework of TIS. ETC and NeCSTouR aim to find common innovative solutions from the National and Regional Tourism Organisations on how to build resilience to face the main rising challenges for the sector and drive together the tourism governance to tomorrow. The topics such as post-Covid economy, geo-political tensions, the rise of energy costs, climate emergency will be covered during the joint programme.

• 10.50 – 11.30 Building tourism resilience to the geo-political environment
