European Tourism Trends & Prospects is a series of quarterly reports that offer a concise analysis of key economic and tourism trends in Europe and in relevant outbound markets. Quarterly reports are meant to provide the know-how necessary to monitor the short-term development of European tourism.
Heatwaves, economic pressures, and geopolitical uncertainty all featured in this summer’s travel season. Tourism Economics will open with the latest data on Europe’s summer performance at regional and destination level. MMGY TCI Research will then examine how this summer’s heatwaves and droughts affected online sentiment and destination reputation. Tourism Economics will close with an outlook for the winter season, including how energy costs could affect travel demand.
Please note that the webinar is hosted by ETC and Tourism Economics.
The webinar will be held on Tourism Economic’s platform, ON24. Please check your junk and spam folders for your confirmation email. It is encouraged to register even if you are unable to attend the live session as all registrants will receive a link to access the recording shortly after the event.
