The report offers a high-level overview of broad patterns and general resident sentiment regarding travel & tourism in Europe, and is based on 30,000 interviews from the MMGY Resident Sentiment Index (RSI©) and conducted by analysts with experience from over 100 resident sentiment studies.

Menno van IJssel is currently Project Manager in the research department of the European Travel Commission (ETC), a non-profit organisation responsible for the promotion of Europe as a tourist destination in third markets.
