Konstantinos Triantafillis

Konstantinos Triantafyllis is the General Manager of MINDHAUS, a seasoned executive with 20 years of experience in Communication and Marketing, and a decade-long focus on Tourism Marketing. He has led major projects promoting Greek destinations and tourism brands, collaborating with both Public and Private sector, and has held key roles in the Hospitality Industry.

Eran Ketter

Eran Ketter (PhD) is a senior tourism advisor and MINDHAUS expert. For the last 15 years he has been conducting training, market research and consulting projects for numerous DMOs/NTBs in the EMEA region. Since 2020 Dr. Ketter serves as the Head of Research in the ETC’s market research project “Monitoring Sentiment for Intra-European Travel”.

Lyublena Dimova

Lyublena is a senior research manager at ETC with over nine years of experience in analysing travellers’ behaviour and tracking evolving trends within the tourism industry. She is leading the “Monitoring Sentiment for Intra-European Travel” project and will moderate the session.
