ETC WEBINAR – STUDY ON GENERATION Z TRAVELLERS

This webinar aims to provide a better understanding of the aspirations and attitudes of Generation Z’ers that could have an impact on their travel preferences and behaviours. The insights will also support ETC members to designing the right messages and promotion activities when targeting travellers from this generation. More specifically, the webinar will provide:

  • An overview of the profile of Generation Z’ers, including demographic characteristics, contextual information, comparison with other generations, etc.
  • Information on the behaviours, aspirations, opinions, attitudes and interests of Z’ers that may affect their travel preferences and choices.
  • Information on Covid-19 and its effects on Gen Z as travellers.
  • A set of travel trends driven by Gen Z.
