Eligible applicants must jointly submit a proposal as a consortium. Eligible consortia must comprise a minimum of two and a maximum of six partners. The consortium must be led by one of its partners, referred to as the coordinator, which will submit the proposal and liaise with the ETC on behalf of all partners in the consortium.
Potential applicants who are in search of partners to establish a consortium, but have been unable to identify suitable partners, are kindly requested to express their interest to ETC through the contact form below. Expressions of interest are sorted by ETC, who will try to match applicants based on their preferences and availability of appropriate partners. Please note that a match is not guaranteed.
