Yes. You may purchase as many participation packages as you wish, subject to availability.
Yes. An additional appointment set can be purchased for €1,700. A maximum of one (1) additional appointment set is allowed per 9 sqm of stand space. Each appointment set includes one company listing.
An additional exhibitor badge costs €100. A maximum of two (2) additional badges can be purchased for every 9 sqm of stand space.
Travel and accommodation suggestions will be available via the ITB China platform after registration.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the European Travel Commission.
Until 15 March 2026, Cancellation is free of charge.
From 15 March to 15 April 2026, 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
From 15 April 2026 onwards, 100% of the participation fee will be charged. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
