Registration deadline: 15 March 2026 (Late registrations may be accepted subject to availability).
Yes. You may purchase as many participation packages as you wish, subject to availability.
Yes. An additional exhibitor badge costs €100. A maximum of four (4) additional badges can be purchased for every NTO Package.
Yes. An additional appointment set can be purchased for €1,700. A maximum of one (1) additional appointment set is allowed per NTO Package. Each appointment set includes one company listing.
An additional company listing costs €115. A maximum of one (1) additional listing can be purchased per NTO Package.
Travel and accommodation suggestions will be available via the ITB China platform after registration.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the European Travel Commission.
Until 15 March 2026
Cancellation is free of charge.
From 15 March to 26 April 2026
50% of the participation fee will be charged.
From 26 April 2026 onwards
100% of the participation fee will be charged.
No refunds will be granted for no-shows.
