Yes. ETC does not require applicants to be incorporated within the European Union. Organisations based outside the EU are eligible to contract directly with ETC, provided they can meet all tax, contractual and delivery requirements set out in the RFP.
Yes. What matters is that the specific person or organisation holding that experience is named in the proposal – whether a team member or a named subcontractor – and that their role and how their experience applies to this project are clearly explained.
Yes. Experience gained at a previous employer counts, as long as the proposal states the person’s role and the organisation they worked for at the time. However, ETC will consider it a competitive advantage if the proposed team has delivered a similar project together before.
ETC has not set a fixed minimum scope for member consultation. Applicants should propose the consultation methodology and scale they consider most appropriate and achievable within the available budget, ensuring fair representation of NTOs of different sizes, resources and levels of marketing maturity. Proposals should briefly explain the rationale behind the proposed approach.
English is expected to be sufficient for all ETC member consultations. Proposals do not need to include capacity for consultation in additional European languages.
