RfP Framework Agreement for Assessment of responsible travel practices of long-haul travellers to Europe

The European Travel Commission (ETC) intends to conclude a Framework Service Agreement with an experienced consultant. The Contractor will continue the implementation and refinement of an established methodological framework designed to monitor changes over time in travellers’ responsible practices that ETC seeks to influence. Building on the baseline wave, established in the first year of the project (2024) and the subsequent monitoring wave conducted in the following year (2025), the Contractor is expected to support the ongoing measurement and analysis of behavioural shifts in the following three years (2026–2028).
The activities subject of this Request for Proposals are co-financed by the European Union.
