This report aims at providing the members of the European Travel Commission (ETC) and destination managers with a first comprehensive map of how ETC (European Travel Commission) members represent soundscapes on their websites.
The study offers a reflection on how current practices could promote a better understanding of the different possibilities, and, ideally, a more extensive and a wiser inclusion of the auditory experiences within communication and marketing strategies of destinations.
