The visual approach set in Annex 2 is specific to the “Europe Untold” campaign. Visual ID guidelines are not available; however, the developed content must follow the visual style presented in Annex 2. The Visual ID created for “Unlock an Unexpected Upgrade” shall not be used.
The source design files will be provided to the awarded supplier.
The supplier is required to provide regular updates to ETC and its partners on the project implementation, either by email or via an online call.
As mentioned in “5.1.3 Project Management” of the Technical Specifications (Annex A to the Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement), each member of the Contractor´s project team must fall under one of the eleven profiles outlined in Annex 3 – Economic offer form. Additional profile types are not accepted. One member of the project team can fulfil multiple profile requirements, except for the Account Manager. A member of the project team proposed by the Contractor can be replaced during project implementation by another person, provided that the same level of work experience and expertise is maintained.
