Europe Connect is a B2B workshop connecting European destinations and tourism suppliers with qualified travel buyers from Brazil and Argentina.
Through focused business meetings, destination presentations and networking opportunities, participating suppliers can introduce new products, develop commercial relationships and gain valuable insight into two important outbound travel markets.
Meet tour operators, travel agencies and product managers actively seeking European destinations, experiences and itineraries for their clients.

By participating, you will have the opportunity to:
- Present your destination, experience, or tourism product directly to potential partners
- Meet a curated selection of qualified Brazilian and Argentinian travel buyers
- Develop commercial relationships across two markets during one business trip
- Better understand what buyers and travellers from these markets are looking for
- Network with buyers and other European tourism professionals
Who will you meet?
Europe Connect 2026 is expected to welcome around 40 qualified travel buyers from Brazil and Argentina. Participating buyers will include:
- Tour operators
- Travel agencies
- Online travel agencies
- Luxury and high-end product managers
- FIT and independent travel product managers
Buyers will be selected based on their relevance to European tourism, their business profile and their interest in developing or expanding European product portofolio.
How does the workshop work?
Europe Connect uses a coordinator-guided, free-flow meeting format designed to encourage efficient and productive conversations.
There is no fixed appointment schedule. Instead, the event coordination team will direct the flow of meetings to help suppliers connect with a broad and relevant selection of buyers. Each supplier will have a dedicated table.

Who can register?
Registrations are open to European tourism organisations and businesses, including:
- National, regional, and city tourism boards
- Destination management companies and incoming tour operators
- Hotels and accommodation groups
- Rail, transportation, and mobility providers
- Attractions, cultural institutions, and visitor experiences
- Cruise, ferry, and maritime tourism companies
Places are limited to a maximum of 15 European supplier companies per workshop.
Applications may be reviewed to ensure a relevant and balanced mix of destinations, products and participating organisations.
What products should suppliers showcase?
Participating suppliers are encouraged to present bookable products, itineraries, and partnership opportunities tailored to the Brazilian and Argentine markets, particularly those aligned with the following themes:
- Travel during the shoulder and off-peak seasons
- Lesser-known cities, regions, and rural destinations
- Rail, cycling, and other lower-impact ways to explore Europe
- Regional food, culture, crafts, and traditions
- Experiences that benefit and involve local communities
Participation fees
São Paulo and Buenos Aires
- €800 + VAT* per company
- Includes participation in both workshops
São Paulo or Buenos Aires
- €550 + VAT* per company
- Includes participation in one workshop
Your participation fee includes:
- Dedicated table at the selected workshop or workshops
- Participation for up to two representatives
- Inclusion in the supplier delegate list
- Pre-event participant and practical information
- Coffee, refreshments and scheduled hospitality
- On-site coordination and event support
Not included
Flights, accommodation, local transport, insurance, entry documentation, meals outside the official programme, and interpretation services are not included. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering these costs.
*VAT will be applied where legally required.
How to register?
Complete the online registration form before Friday, 28 August 2026. Places are limited and registration may close early if capacity is reached.
Register as a European supplier
Submitting a registration does not automatically confirm participation. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a relevant mix of European destinations, products and organisations. Successful applicants will receive written confirmation, payment instructions, and additional logistical information.
